Will Beckum graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (“Georgia Tech”) in 1998 and is a graduate of Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. While attending Washington University, Mr. Beckum had the honor of being a member and editor of the Washington University Law Review.
Mr. Beckum has spent well over a decade representing individuals, contractors, condominium associations, engineers, and architects in both residential and commercial construction matters. While his practice focuses on litigation and arbitration of construction related disputes, he has significant experience drafting and negotiating construction related contracts, enforcing mechanic’s liens, and addressing surety and performance bond issues.
Mr. Beckum litigation practice focuses on high stakes litigation between owners and contractors, engineers, and architects. Mr. Beckum recently obtained a $5.9 million dollar settlement on behalf of a condominium association and its members in a construction defect case that was litigated for over four years.
With a background in engineering and nearly 15 years of construction litigation experience, Mr. Beckum is comfortable with the technical aspects of your case.
